First of all, we would like to welcome you to our new blog. As you might have guessed, the topic we will be covering is physical culture through strength training. Unfortunately for most people, the field of physical training is a mysterious one, riddled with secrets, difficulties, criticism, wrong advise and plain old bullshit. We plan to discuss ‘fitness’ without the usual nonsense and in plain words – trying to avoid scientific jargon whenever possible.
We will soon be talking about our own ideas of what works and doesn’t work, and what we consider the best methods to achieve strength depending on each individual’s physiology and needs.
Being the first time we create a blog of this nature, our output might not be new and fresh, but we’ll do our best to educate and entertain, and hopefully we can help more than one person out there with our methods.
